How to keep the waste record

Waste streams, handovers to a licensed operator, and the annual report — without copying consignment notes into a spreadsheet.

Steps

Open your waste streams

“Dodaj tok”: the catalogue key number, the name, and whether it is hazardous. Existing streams can be pasted from a spreadsheet under “Uvoz”.
Record every handover

“Nova predaja”: date, quantity, the licensed operator taking it, and the consignment note number. A handover without a consignment note is one you cannot evidence.
Check before the annual deadline

The stream screen shows every handover in the period and the total per key number.
