How not to miss an inspection deadline

A register of occupational safety obligations, with a reminder before the deadline instead of a report after it.

Steps

List the obligations

“Dodaj obvezu”: type of inspection, the item, the date it was last done and the deadline. Work equipment, workplace environment testing, training and medical examinations.
Let the reminder do the work

A reminder arrives by email 60, 30 and 7 days before the deadline. Responsibility for carrying it out on time remains with the employer.
Mark it done

When the inspection has been carried out, mark it done. The next deadline is calculated from that date, so the register does not need maintaining by hand.

Register of obligations: Every item with its state — overdue, due soon, in order — and the date it was last done.
